We are looking for a hardworking and positive employee with a B driver's license!

You will be based in Mölndal, where our storage location is. The work is primarily carried out in Gothenburg and surrounding areas. When the snow falls, we need to be on site quickly – therefore, work may occur early in the morning, during the day, and also in the evening depending on weather conditions.

We are a company with several business branches, and you will now work within our snow removal team.

❄️ Snow Removal & Winter Maintenance

Your tasks will include:

• Manual snow shoveling of walkways, entrances, driveways, and stairs
• Snow removal with an ATV equipped with a plow
• Sand/salt as needed
• Work outdoors for both private individuals, associations, and companies

You will work independently or together with 1–2 colleagues, depending on the assignment.

Job Responsibilities

• Manual snow removal on various types of surfaces
• Snow removal with an ATV and plow
• Ensure that areas are safe and accessible
• Be flexible and ready to work when the snow comes – regardless of the time of day

• You are self-motivated, responsible, and can handle physically demanding work
• You are flexible and enjoy a job where the schedule is dictated by the weather
• You are positive, service-oriented, and enjoy customer contact
• You have no problem working outdoors in all weather conditions

Requirements

• B driver's license
• Good Swedish language skills

Merits

• Experience in snow removal or other physical work
• Familiarity with machines/vehicles such as ATVs
• Experience in winter maintenance

Work Schedule

Initial employment will be on a needs or hourly basis.
